Siliguri, 18th February: Pradhan Nagar police arrested five miscreants on criminal charges, on Thursday night. The arrested accused have been identified as Bittu Paswan (20), Saheb Barman (22), Vijay Sharma (27), Krishna Subba (25), and Uttam Sarkar (34).
Reportedly, the police spotted the gang gathered in the area while patrolling last night. Upon suspicion, the men were questioned. After which the police learned that they had gathered to carry out criminal activity. Following this, the 5 were arrested. They were produced in Siliguri court today.
