Rajganj, 01st September: Belakoba Outpost Police conducted inspections at several hotels, sweet shops and restaurants in the Belakoba area on Tuesday to check food quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
The drive was conducted under the leadership of Belakoba Outpost OC Arijit Kundu. Police visited several sweet shops, rice hotels and fast-food outlets and checked the expiry dates of various food items and ingredients used in food preparation.
Police also inspected the cleanliness and hygiene conditions at the shops and hotels to ensure that a healthy environment was being maintained.
Business owners were instructed to follow food safety regulations, avoid using expired products and maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene at their establishments.
