Suvendu Adhikari wrote an open letter to Trinamool Congress (TMC) workers asking them to join hands and start a new beginning.
“My Most Respected Sisters and Brothers & Colleagues of West Bengal, And My Beloved Fellow Grassroots Members of AITC, Our great and beloved State of West Bengal is standing at a critical juncture today. As we head to the 2021 elections, We the People of West Bengal are destined to make a choice, which will significantly impact us forever. In the same vein, the time has come today for me to make a decision as to my next course of action. I am blessed to have turned 50 years old a few days ago, and some may say that it has marked the start of a new innings for me,” the letter began.
“Our fight is to restore West Bengal to its glory,” Suvendu Adhikari wrote in the letter.
