Cooch Behar, 16th March: A youth was arrested with firearms from the Cooch Behar Mini Bus Stand, on Tuesday. The accused, identified as Majidul Haq, is a resident of Dinhata.
While addressing a press conference today, the Additional Superintendent of Police of Cooch Behar district, Kumar Sunny Raj said that three advanced firearms, 21 bombs, and three different magazines have been recovered from the accused. The police suspect the involvement of a mafia gang in the incident. Meanwhile, the accused is being questioned on the matter.
