Surprisingly, this year reported minimum cases of dengue. According to the health officials, in 2018-2019, the dengue outbreak occurred shortly after March and several cases were reported across the entire state.
Shankar Ghosh, co-ordinator of the health department of SMC urged the experts to find out the cause behind this and stated that the dengue cases have decreased due to the sanitation carried out in various areas.
