Rajganj, 02nd February: Sanjay Malakar (24), Sumitra Malakar (27), and Pradeep Malakar (28) were injured in a collision between a motorcycle and a car that occurred in the Sannyasikata Gram Panchayat area of Rajganj block on Monday night. All are residents of Boksipara in Sannyasikata gram panchayat.
According to local sources, a motorcycle and an Alto car were heading to Gadra from Rajganj around 8 pm on Monday. Both the vehicles were travelling at high speed. The motorbike suddenly took a right turn and the car rammed into it from behind.
After the collision, the bike rider and the two pillion riders fell on the road. While the car fell into a roadside drain. Locals rescued the injured and rushed them to North Bengal Medical College and Hospital for treatment.
Upon receiving the news, the Rajganj police reached the spot and initiated an investigation into the incident.
