Nagrakata, 28th July: Based on a tip-off, the Nagrakata police, on Tuesday, launched operations at the Nagrakata National Highway under the leadership of OC Sanju Barman and seized illicit liquor worth 10 lakh rupees from a truck. Three people were arrested in connection with the incident.
Reportedly, the recovered liquor was being transported from Meghalaya to Bihar. The arrested accused individuals were produced before the Jalpaiguri court today.
