Siliguri, 17th January: Ashok Bhattacharya, chairman of the BoA at SMC, stated that he does not have any political intention to meet Bimal Gurung and Roshan Giri.
Recently, Gorkha Jan Mukti Morcha leaders Bimal Gurung and Roshan Giri held a meeting with the Darjeeling District Congress President Shankar Malakar. Speculations surfaced that the next meeting might be organized with Ashok Bhattacharya.
Addressing the media, Bhattacharya stated that he has no desire to meet Bimal Gurung and Roshan Giri with political intentions. He further maintained that if anyone comes for a courtesy interview, he will meet them as a public representative.
