Alipurduar, 13th May: Various areas of the Alipurduar district witnessed heavy hailstorm and rains on Wednesday morning.
As per the report, areas like Kalchini, Dalsingpara, Hasimara, and Madarihat witnessed hailstorms since 8 am today.
However, even during such weather conditions, the tea garden workers were spotted plucking tea leaves and doing their duty in the tea gardens.
