Kharibari, 21st January: The driver of a vehicle including three people sustained injuries in a car and truck collision in Balubari under the Kurlikot Police station border area of Kharibari.
According to the information, the car was travelling from Siliguri when it was rammed by a truck from behind. The collision was so strong that the car crashed into a tree beside the road, causing the tree to break. In the incident, a bike parked alongside the road was also damaged.
The injured, including two women, were sent to Siliguri for treatment. The police are investigating the matter.
