Siliguri, 29th August: Four youths have been arrested with Yaba tablet. The accused have been identified as Alam Sheikh, Raju Sheikh, Abdul Rakib and Ripon Sheikh. All are residents of Murshidabad district.
Reportedly, on Sunday evening, on the basis of a tip-off, the Special Task Force of Siliguri Metropolitan Police apprehended a truck by conducting an operation in the Jotiyakali area. On searching, 50 thousand Yaba tablets were recovered from the truck. According to police sources, the illegal tablet was being smuggled from Guwahati to elsewhere.
