Rajganj, 07th August: To commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of the Shri Aurobindo Aarogaon Football Tournament was organised. This competition was organized at Patharghat of Majhiali Gram Panchayat under Rajganj Block under the auspices of Divine Life Foundation of Siliguri. Around 08 teams from different areas including Siliguri participated in the competition.
Speaking in this regard, Dilip Agarwal, a member of the Divine Life Foundation, said that various programs have been organised by the foundation on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Shri Aurobindo. Adding further, he said that a painting program was also organised on 04th August. During this, Siliguri Circle Coordinator of Divine Life Foundation Chandrakant Mehta, Lalit Aggarwal, Vikas Jadojia, Tapas Dutta, and Pranjal Maur were present.
In the coming days, Indian National Flag will be hoisted in every house and Independence Day will be celebrated with great pomp and pride in every Indian household.
