Kalchini, 28th August: Sensation prevailed in the area of Bhatkhawa tea garden in Kalchini after recovering a body of a person who was found hanging from the noose. The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Tirkey (52). According to locals, the family members found the person hanging from the noose.
After this, he was recovered and taken to Latabari Rural Hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. Shortly after getting the information, the Kalchini police reached the spot. The body has been sent to Alipurduar District Hospital for post-mortem. Police have started an investigation of the whole matter.
