Grand procession held in Naxalbari to celebrate World Tribal Day

Naxalbari, 09th August: Earlier this morning, a grand procession was organized by Naxalbari Rathkhola Football Academy from Naxalbari police station to Rathkhola. In this procession, Sabhadhipati of Siliguri Mahakma Parishad Arun Ghosh, football academy founder Vidyut Das and others were present.
World Tribal Day was celebrated by singing Rabindra Sangeet in the tribal language. In this regard, Vidyut Das stated that the tribal society is progressing under the governance of Mamata Banerjee, and further assured to work for the development of tribal culture.
