COVID-19 lockdown: Bus carrying stranded students from Kota reaches Kawakhali

Siliguri, 01st May: Several students from West Bengal were stranded in Rajasthan’s Kota due to the nation-wide lockdown. In this regard, the State Government stepped forward and made arrangements to help them reach their respective homes.


A bus carrying stranded students from Kota reached Kawakhali, today, amid the COVID-19 lockdown. The other buses are said to arrive shortly. Camps have been set up in the Kawakhali area on behalf of the administration and a decent number of buses have been arranged for the students to reach their respective homes.

After reaching home, all of them have been advised to stay in 14-day home quarantine.
