Alipurduar, 01st February: The Chhatra Yuva Utsav commenced in the Majherdabri Gram Panchayat area of Alipurduar-II block. The programme was inaugurated by Debjit Sarkar, the Karmadhyaksha of the Alipurduar District Council.
During the event, the Block Yuva officer, various Gram Panchayat Pradhans and many other dignitaries were present. A painting competition was also organized to celebrate the Chhatra Yuva Utsav.
