Siliguri, 10th September: A blood donation camp was organized today under the Utsarg scheme at Bhakti Nagar police station of Siliguri Metropolitan Police. Siliguri Police Commissioner Gaurav Sharma inaugurated the said blood donation camp.
In accordance with the instructions of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, blood donation camps are being organized in every police station on Saturdays. Regarding this, a blood donation camp was organized at Bhakti Nagar police station today. Apart from this, the common people were also made aware of the traffic rules.
Siliguri Police Commissioner Gaurav Sharma also made some people wear helmets. During this, DCP Joy Tudu said that every week on Saturday, a blood donation camp is organized by the Siliguri Metropolitan Police. In the same camp, people were made aware of the blood donation camp and traffic rules at Bhakti Nagar police station today.
