Kharibari, 12th August: On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, a blood donation camp was organised at Batasi Sharda Shishu Tirth School in Kharibari. The camp was organised in collaboration with Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank.
The camp witnessed school teachers, parents and the locals of the area who donated their blood. School teacher Bimal Kumar Sinha said that this blood donation camp is organized in order to meet the shortage of blood.
