Jalpaiguri, 14th December: An atmosphere of panic was witnessed in the Danguajhar Tea garden adjacent to Jalpaiguri surrounding wild bears.

It has been learned that on Monday evening, a wild animal looking like a bear was spotted in Section 20 of the garden by the watchman and some workers. It was then reported to the forest department. The forest workers reached the spot at night. Footprints were also noticed inside the garden premises. The locals were then made aware of the matter.
