Naxalbari, 15th October: Days ahead of Diwali, the Naxalbari police recovered banned firecrackers worth lakhs of rupees. Reportedly on Friday night, the police conducted a raid at the market area and seized banned firecrackers in huge quantities.
However, no arrest has been made in relation to the said incident. According to police sources, such campaigns will run continuously in various markets till Diwali.
