Bagdogra, 03rd January: Bagdogra Police and SOG officials arrested two people with illegal narcotics. The arrested accused have been identified as Mokafar Ali (29) and Tofazul SK (30). They are residents of Jalpaiguri and Malda. The duo was on the way to Siliguri on a motorcycle to smuggle brown sugar.
Upon receiving the information, Bagdogra police and SOG team conducted a joint operation and arrested the duo from Rangapani. 500 grams of brown sugar was recovered from their possession. The arrested individuals were sent to Siliguri court today.
