ASHA workers protest demanding increase in allowances in Siliguri

Siliguri, 13th February: On Tuesday, the ASHA workers protested by staging a road blockade at Hashmi Chowk (Venus More) in Siliguri, demanding an increase in allowances. During the protest, the protestors questioned why there was no increment in the allowances in the annual budget of the Central and State governments.
