Rajganj, 12th May: Several people in Rajganj crowded outside the BDO office on Monday alleging that despite having the required barcode to collect the coupons, many of them are being deprived of the facility. In this regard, a meeting was held today at the Rajganj BDO office with the district administration.
After the meeting, Rajganj MLA Khageshwar Roy stated that various discussions were held in this regard with the District Magistrate Abhishek Tiwari and the district officials.
SDO Ranjan Das, Jalpaiguri District-in-Council Vice President Dulal Debnath, Food Supply Officer Ajay Mishra, District-in-Council member Debashish Pramanik, Rajganj BDO NC Sherpa and Rajganj block Gram Panchayat Pradhans were present during the meeting.
