13-foot-long King Cobra rescued in Nagrakata

Jalpaiguri, 20th November: Sensation prevailed after a 13-foot-long King Cobra was rescued from the house of Maitiraj Tamang, a resident of Nagarakata Hope Tea Garden’s Dharma Line.


Reportedly, the snake was rescued after a 1-hour effort by Khunia Range forest worker Syed Naeem Baban and was later released into the forest.
