Siliguri, 19th January: Late Councilor Krishna Chandra Paul’s birthday was observed on behalf of Ward No. 23 Nagarik Brinda and the ‘Sokaler Adda’ organization.
Kuntal Roy, President of Darjeeling District Yuva Trinamool Congress, laid a wreath at the statue of Krishna Chandra Paul and paid homage. Social worker Bablu Paul, Madan Bhattacharya, Vishnu Saha, and other ward residents were present.
It is to be noted that Krishna Chandra Paul was the councilor of ward no. 23 and was also the general secretary of Darjeeling district Trinamool Congress. The entire political arena mourned his untimely demise in 2019.
