Siliguri, 20th September: Siliguri ACE Round Table 232 has provided a group of underprivileged students from Bharati Hindi Vidyalaya with the opportunity to experience air travel for the first time through its ‘Flight of Fantasy’ initiative.
On Saturday, the students departed from Bagdogra Airport on a flight bound for Dibrugarh. Members of Siliguri ACE Round Table 232 accompanied the students throughout the journey and helped make the experience memorable for the young travellers.
The organisation said that ‘Flight of Fantasy’ is a flagship initiative of Round Table India aimed at introducing underprivileged children to experiences beyond the confines of their everyday lives.
Through the initiative, the organisation seeks to broaden the children’s horizons and give them an opportunity to explore and experience something that may otherwise remain beyond their reach.
