Siliguri, 16th July: Kamal Agarwal, former councillor of Ward No. 10, arranged COVID-19 vaccine for the senior citizens. On Friday, he took 70 elderly people on a bus to Siliguri Terai Lions Blood Bank for vaccination. SMC administrator Goutam Deb flagged off the bus.
The initiative was taken to lessen the harassment faced by senior citizens in getting vaccinated. In the coming days, vaccination will also be arranged for mothers.
