Siliguri, 08th April: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Om Prakash Mishra from the Siliguri assembly constituency, will visit his ancestral residence in Malbazar today.
Reportedly, the TMC candidate will be visiting Panwar Basti situated in Ward No. 15 of Malbazar, to pay tribute to his father Martyr Ghanshyam Mishra and his late mother Manorama Mishra.
It is to be noted, Om Prakash Mishra did his early studies from the ancestral residence of Malbazar and many of his memories are also connected with the place. With the news of Mishra’s visit, the residents of the area are quite happy.
Om Prakash Mishra said that though he is occupied with the electoral responsibilities, he will visit his ancestral place. While visiting Malbazar, he will offer prayer in the Sevoke Mandir.
