Rajganj, 01st August: Three people sustained serious injuries in a road accident that took place on Monday in Dasdarga area near Jalpaiguri. Reportedly, a 10-wheeler lorry lost control and rammed into two motorbikes and a toto parked on the side of the road.
The injured including the two passengers of the toto were rescued and sent to Jalpaiguri Super Speciality Hospital. According to local sources, the pilgrims had parked their bikes on the side of the road while returning from the Jalpesh temple. A lorry suddenly lost control and hit two bikes and a toto. Upon receiving the news of the incident, the police reached the spot and seized the vehicles.
