Siliguri, 07th January: A rally was organized by SUCI (C) in Siliguri, today, to support the nationwide strike in support of 12 point demands. The rally commenced from Siliguri’s Court More and toured the various routes of the city. During the rally, ‘Path Sabhas’ were held on the main roads of Siliguri.
SUCI (C) Darjeeling District Secretary Gautam Bhattacharya, District Committee member, and other members were present during the event. SUCI (C) Darjeeling District Secretary Gautam Bhattacharya stated that they would support the strike called by 10 Trade Unions on the 8th of January. Through the rally, the general public has been requested to support the strike to make it a success.
