Siliguri, 06th June: A doctor posted at the nursing home attached to Uttorayon township of Matigara, tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
According to sources, the doctor’s sample was collected and sent for examination after he showed symptoms of the virus. Today, his report came back positive.
The incident has raised concerns among the nursing home officials as the mentioned doctor is said to have no travel history. The administration is now trying to trace the ones who had come in contact with him to prevent further spreading of the virus.
