Siliguri, 31st August: The Siliguri College has announced to refund money to the students who did not get to take Honors course in their preferred subject and wishes to apply to other colleges.
According to the new rules of college recruitment, the students will have to first be admitted to the college. If their the student’s name does not appear on the Honors list of his/her preferred subject and the student wishes to enrol in another college, then the admission fee will be returned on behalf of the college.
Apart from this, the state government has announced waiver of form fee from September 13. In this context, Siliguri College further announced that the students who already paid for the forms will be refunded.
