SFI submit a 5-point memorandum to Cooch Behar DM

Cooch Behar, 24th September: The Khagrabari Region Committee of the Students Federation of India submitted a 5-point memorandum to the District Magistrate of Cooch Behar, on Friday.


They demanded that an art college and Sanskrit colleges should be set up in Cooch Behar. They also demanded to set up a veterinary college and a commerce department in Manindranath High School.

Prakash Sarkar, secretary of the Khagra Bari Region Committee of the Students Federation of India, said that they submitted a 5-point memorandum to the DM’s office. He warned of staging larger demonstrations if their demands are not met soon.
