Naxalbari, 22nd September: Panchayat Minister Dilip Ghosh inspected the CADC farm under the Panchayat Department in Naxalbari on Tuesday.
Ghosh visited the Satbhaiya Farm along with Minister of State for Panchayat Shantanu Pramanik, Minister of State Anandamay Barman and MLA Durga Murmu. During the visit, he inaugurated a soil laboratory testing room and a community hall at the farm.
The minister also inspected the farming and livestock activities at the farm, including pig, goat, fish and duck and poultry farming.
Expressing satisfaction with the work at the farm, Ghosh said it is a very old farm and, despite its small size, is doing well. He said the farm is engaged in cultivation, training and livestock rearing.
