Siliguri, 14th February: February 14 is a dark day in the history of our nation as 40 Jawans were martyred in a terrorist attack in Pulwama, on this day in the year 2019. Commemorating the martyrs, the Sayak Foundation organized various programmes today in the adjoining area of Siliguri’s Salugara Bazar. A free health check camp was also held on behalf of the organization.
Organization member Hisay Bhutia stated that last year, the nation has lost 40 jawans due to which various programmes have been organized to pay tribute to the brave jawans.
