Rajganj, 17th January: Rajganj police detained a stone-laden truck, on Sunday night. A person, identified as Sadhin Sheikh (40) was arrested in the incident, He is a resident of Raiganj in Uttar Dinajpur.
It has been learned that the police detained the truck in the Fatapukur area of Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway. The vehicle driver was arrested as he failed to show any valid documents.
He was sent to Jalpaiguri court on Monday. Police have started an investigation into the whole incident.
