Cooch Behar, 05th March: Under the aegis of the State Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, the newly constructed building of Sheeshabguri Krishi Sewa Sangh Charcha Mandal Palli Pathagar of the Cooch Behar Natabari Assembly Center was inaugurated, today by the North Bengal Development Minister Rabindra Nath Ghosh. During the event, the library officer Sibnath Deb was also present.
