Siliguri, 29th April: The NJP and Fulbari branch of the Democratic Youth Federation of India (DYFI) handed over a memorandum to the railway hospital officials in support of multiple demands.
The members of the organization said that the COVID situation is alarming across the country. There is an extreme shortage of hospital beds and oxygen. Fear of the coming of more frightful conditions in the future had gripped every person. In view of this, a memorandum was submitted in support of multiple demands including a 50-bedded isolation ward in NJP Railway Hospital, proper oxygen supply, and treatment.
