Siliguri, 27th March: In view of the Coronavirus outbreak, the NJP police came forward to assist the homeless. They visited different areas and handed over food to the needy.
As per the instructions given by the NJP police station official Anirban Bhattacharya, the workers of the NJP PC party handed over food to the people on the streets of NJP station, Fulbari, Baribhisa, Tinbatti, and Noukaghat.
On the other hand, ‘Khichri’ was distributed among 100 poor people on behalf of the Rampur South Colony Youbak Sangha in the areas adjacent to the NJP station on Thursday night.
