Kharibari, 04th January: Gorkha Janmukti Morcha founder president Bimal Gurung inspected different areas of Kharibari, on Monday. Gurung reached Panitanki Dulaljote area under Kharibari block, where he was welcomed by local activists.
Addressing the media, Gurung stated that various areas are being inspected keeping in mind the upcoming Bengal assembly polls in 2021. He accused Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of making false promises and stated that no permanent solution has been figured out for the hills on their behalf.
Gurung alleged that even after so many years, the top leaders including Amit Shah and JP Nadda could not keep their promise of providing a solution for the hills.
