During a press conference on Tuesday, the State Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee launched a project named ‘Prochesta’ in the state for the laborers. As per the report, an amount of 1 thousand rupees will be provided to the families of the laborers per month. Besides, the common people will be provided with 5 kgs of rice and pulses for the next 6 months.
Meanwhile, the CM has announced lockdown in the entire state till March 31 and has urged the people of the state to make this lockdown a success. The Chief Minister warned of taking legal actions against the violators.
