Cooch Behar, 27th July: The Cooch Behar District Police distributed masks among several people in the Police Line Chowpatty area.
The programme was attended by North Bengal Development Minister Rabindranath Ghosh, Backward Classes Welfare Department Minister Binoy Krishna Barman, Cooch Behar Government Medical College and Hospital Patient Welfare Association Chairman Parthapratim Roy, District Magistrate Pawan Kadian, Additional District Superintendent of Police Shana Akhtar and other officials.
