BSF held four for illegally transporting cattle in a freight truck in Fulbari

Siliguri, 22nd January: Four individuals have been arrested on charges of illegally transporting cattle in ordinary freight trucks rather than in vehicles with life stock permits. The arrested individuals have been identified as Mohammad Janab, Mohammad Ismail, Mohammad Shahabuddin, and Mohammad Aspar, residents of Bihar and Karandighi.


According to the information received, the four individuals were illegally transporting cattle in freight trucks. On Tuesday night, the BSF personnel arrested the four accused individuals along with 45 cattle in the Fulbari area near Siliguri and handed them over to the NJP Police. The accused arrested will be sent to the Jalpaiguri Court, today.
