Cooch Behar, 1st January: A four-year-old’s body was found in West Gosairhat under Sitalkuchi Assembly in Cooch Behar district, which caused a stir in the area. The body of the child was recovered from a house in West Gosairhat of Sitalkuchi. The deceased was identified as Anupam Barman, who had been missing since Tuesday evening.
This morning, people saw his body and informed the family members. Shocked by the incident, the family of the deceased child alleged that their child was murdered.
On receiving the news of the incident, the police rushed to the spot and recovered the body. Police are investigating the case.
