Siliguri, 19th August: On the occasion of World Photography Day, the Darjeeling District Photography Welfare Association organized a blood donation camp at Siliguri Siddhi Vinayak.
Reportedly, the camp was organized in collaboration with Terai Blood Bank. 100 units of blood were collected during this camp.
On behalf of the Darjeeling District Photography Welfare Association, Sourav Joardar stated that although various events are organized on this day every year, a blood donation camp was held this year to prevent the shortage of blood amid pandemic.
