Kolkata, 13th January: Iconic member of Indian hard rock band ‘Fossils’ was found dead on Sunday. The Bengali music industry is mourning the untimely death of Chandramouli Biswas (48), who was found deceased at his residence in Kolkata.
Biswas was not only a key member of Fossils for 18 years but was also actively involved in other bands such as Golok and Zombie Cage Control.
Reportedly, Biswas was alone at his rented apartment in Indian Mirror Street, central Kolkata, when the tragic incident occurred. The cause of death is suspected to be suicide, while further investigation is underway.
