Alipurduar-2 Panchayat Samiti organizes the 31st Block Bhawaiya Music competition

Alipurduar, 14th February: The 31st Block Bhawaiya Music competition was held on behalf of the Totopara-1 Gram Panchayat under the Alipurduar-2 Block campus and under the aegis of the Alipurduar-2 Panchayat Samiti. The Alipurduar-2 Block Development official Harendra Nath Adhikary inaugurated the event by lighting the lamp. However, the event was less crowded which raised some eyebrows questioningly.
