Rajganj, 21st August: In the quest to collect news, 4 journalists on Friday stumbled upon a rare species of tortoise and rescued it. The incident surfaced from the Rajganj police station area.
The journalists Rajkumar Roy, Sudip Biswas, Gautam Sinha Roy, and Pabitra Roy spotted the tortoise roaming around in the Rajganj police station premises.
Stunned by its peculiarity, they rescued the reptile and handed it over to the forest workers of the range office of Ambari forest department. The tortoise was later released into the forests.
