Siliguri, 01st December: World AIDS Day was observed today at Baghajatin Park, Siliguri under the aegis of the District Health and Family Welfare Department of the Government of West Bengal and with the joint efforts of various social organizations.
At the same time, along with this, various programs were also organized by the Darjeeling district of DAPCU. DPO Dr. Devraj Sarkar said that AIDS is under control now. Nevertheless, the advice given by doctors should be followed. At the same time, he also appealed to the people not to spread false rumours about AIDS.
