Women’s Inter-District Cricket Tournament to be organized in Jalpaiguri

Siliguri, 24th January: The Women’s Inter-District Cricket Tournament will be organized in Jalpaiguri. To perform amazingly well in the cricket tournament, the SMKP female cricketers are undergoing vigorous training sessions. Three hours of continuous training is being conducted at the Kanchenjunga Stadium, Siliguri, every morning. The Women’s Coach, Tapan Bhawal, stated that the Women’s Inter-District Cricket Tournament will be organized in Jalpaiguri, in which, a total of four teams will participate. The selection stage to participate in the tournament was held today. Bhawal further stated that the female cricketers entered the field with great interest after being inspired by the success of Richa Ghosh.
